Inline Perforator
For perforating Heatseal Blister & Surlyn Skinpack Cards
This machine fits between the drier and the stacker, on a production line that is producing skin or blister pack backing cards.
A free standing unit that is self driven with a powerfull variable speed motor. It is fully guarded, requiring no electrical or mechanical connection to the adjacent machinery.
Terminals for linking to an external emergency stop circuit are available.
The piercing roller operates against a firm brush roller.
The gap between the rollers is fully adjustable. The gap may be opened up so that material can pass through the unit without being pierced, if and when required.
