Inline Batch Gluers
Originally designed for the Draw/Ticket business, this unit will slide under the delivery end of a printing press and collect the printed and numbered sheets. Automatically gluing them together into booklets of a predetermined number and applying a cover sheet to each booklet.

Offline Batch Gluers
Attached to a numbering machine Auto Feeders batch gluer will collate pre-printed sheets into predetermined sets, by applying lines of glue dots to the sheets giving the appearance of the books being stitched together. Just enter in the counter the amount of tickets required in a booklet. It will then inhibit the glue on the top page of each booklet.

Card/Label Friction Feeders
Feeds paper, card, books, magazines, leaflets, folded labels, etc. from the bottom of the pile with friction belts.

Sheet Feeders
Sheet feeders for Paper, Board, Card, Plastics.

Sheet Stackers
To stand at the end of a processing line and collect the sheets automatically stacking them neatly onto a pallet.
- Speeds up to 8,000 per hour single or 16,000 shingled
- Sheet sizes from A4 up to 1,200mm square
- Maximum pile weight 1,200 kg

Sheet Inserters
Sheet Inserters are designed to introduce sheets into the main flow of sheets on a printing or other type of production line. This may be in order to protect a product as in printed circuit boards or as an additional sheet such as backing or cover sheets in pads.

Label Die Cutters
Label Die Cutters- The machine is supplied with six slitting knives to divide the web into five reels which are wound up side by side. More knives can be fitted as required. A splicing table is mounted above the unwind shaft and is fitted with integral clamps.

Auto Feeders can supply complete sheet handling systems or individual parts to complement existing equipment.
